Our Preferred Employer Program is designed to thank employees of participating local employers by offering a special $500 move-in incentive, plus a waived app fee and reduced deposit when leasing an apartment home at The Mira.

What do I receive through the program?
Qualified applicants will receive a waived application fee, a reduced deposit and a $500 incentive after applying, being approved, signing a lease, and moving into the community.
How do I qualify?
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a current employee of one of the participating employers.
- Provide proof of employment during the application process.
- Complete the application and lease approval process.
- Move into the apartment home according to lease terms.
What can be used as proof of employment?
Acceptable forms of verification may include:
- Recent pay stub
- Offer letter
- Employer verification letter
